Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Business Idea Depot ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Business Idea Depot is a research tool that helps you explore and evaluate business ideas using signal scores derived from publicly available data. Signal scores reflect indicators of public interest and market activity — they are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of business success. Treat them as one input among many.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@businessideadepot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape or systematically download content from the Service; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable law; or (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, algorithms, and content, is owned by Business Idea Depot. Ideas and notes you create remain yours. By saving content to the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signal scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Idea Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
